At Gudvow, your satisfaction is important to us. While we don’t accept returns for food products due to safety and hygiene reasons, we’re happy to offer refunds in specific cases such as:
You received a damaged product
You received an expired product
Note: Refund requests without valid proof (unboxing video or expiry label) will not be accepted.

Once we verify the issue, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us again.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 1 day of delivery. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
