Refund policy

At Gudvow, your satisfaction is important to us. While we don’t accept returns for food products due to safety and hygiene reasons, we’re happy to offer refunds in specific cases such as:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an expired product

To be eligible for a refund:

  • For expired products:
    • Share a clear photo of the label showing the expiry date.
    • Email us within 1 day of delivery.
  • For damaged products:
    • Send us a photo of the damaged item along with a full unboxing video (from opening the sealed package).
    • Email us within 1 day of delivery.

Note: Refund requests without valid proof (unboxing video or expiry label) will not be accepted.

How to request a refund:

Email us at hello@gudvow.com with:

  • Your order ID
  • Reason for the refund
  • Required photo/video proof as mentioned above

Once we verify the issue, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us again.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are only applicable to the affected item(s), not the entire order.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
  • We cannot process refunds for:
    • Incorrect storage of products after delivery
    • Delayed complaints (after 1 day of delivery)
    • Sale/discounted items
    • Items with no proof of issue

Shipping Errors or Wrong Items:

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 1 day of delivery. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
